Wooden Lobster Buoy’s

This building over in Bayview area of Gloucester, just past Annisquam is really cool. tons of painted wooden lobster buoy’s hang on the side of it. I drive by it all the time but never stop. I know it’s a tourist thing so I just motor by. A couple of days ago though I decided to stop and make an image with the Leica 50 Summilux. I’m glad I did. I really like the curving lines that lead out to the ocean contrasting with the vertical lines of the buoy’s and the slats on the roof. There are some interesting shapes going on here, triangles etc. very interesting. Even though it was a gray day a little bit of cloudy bright light poked through for this shot.
